Practice Leaders
John M. Moran Jr.
John has in-depth experience in the development, commercialization and sales/management of pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Mr. Moran spent his first 17 years in biopharmaceuticals, mainly at Merck & Co. and Pfizer.
After his career in biopharmaceuticals he founded a medical device and surgical instrument distributorship, where he was pivotal in building the chest wall reconstruction market in the U.S.
More recently, his healthcare background extends to successfully launching perioperative and digital health service companies. He also has experience evaluating and securing funding for a range of healthcare-related technology and life science companies.
Wayne Dahlberg
Wayne led a long and distinguished career, most recently as group CFO at Stryker Orthopaedics. He also led the group’s M&A activities as well as Stryker’s performance group. He holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
Sandra Arber
Sandra has led growth, marketing and strategy for venture-backed and bootstrapped startups. She is experienced in raising capital for early-stage technology companies and has worked with both angel groups and venture capital funds.
Jake Fisher
Jake is a former CEO and C-level executive of HCA Healthcare hospitals in Florida, with oversight of hospital operations and financial performance. He has expertise in enterprise sales to healthcare systems and sales and distribution experience in pharma and medical products.
